Circuit Nouvele An - 8 jours - Ouarzazate à Ouarzazate
28 December: Arrival To Ouarzazate
Airport reception and transfer to the hotel
29 December: Ouarzazate - Agdaz - Zagoura
In the morning, departure towards Agdaz. Drive through and along
the super panoramic views of Draa palm grove. The track goes on
passing by Kasbahs, kssours and Draa Valley until Tanassikht.
Finally you arrive to Zagoura
for a really deserved relaxing night at a hotel.
30 December : Zagoura - Ramlia - Merzouga
The journey is rich with immensely extended landscapes and dark
stones. It passes by several Berber villages,Nomads under their
tents, oases and water streams; through desert plateaus leading to
the splendid Erg Chebbi Dunes in Merzouga. Accommodation at an
inn.
31 December : Merzouga - Rissani - Merzouga
After breakfast, enjoy a visit to Rissani city: once a great
economic centre and the oldest imperial town.
Visit the big souk (Market), the Kasbahs of El-fida and Oulad
Abdelhalim, in addition to the many other beautiful
Kssours. A delicious Berber Pizza, for lunch, is served at a
Touareg family. Afterwards, A return trip to
Erg Chebbi Dunes for the New Year Party.
01 January : Merzouga - Erg Chebbi - Merzouga
The finest thing is to watch the Sunset and Sunrise at the top of
the dunes. From there the view covers the Hamadas. Visit the
village of blacks. Visit the minerals, the oases, the fossil
quarries as well as the pre-historic vestiges. The way back to the
inn is on dromedary back at round 16:00. Sleep under nomadic tents
at a oasis in the middle of the dunes.
02 January : Merzouga - Alnif - Todra Gorges
Drive from Merzouga to Alnif passing by Rissani. Visit Alnif, a
village where you have a lunch pause. After lunch, take the track
to the beautiful Toudra Gorges. The special touch of authentic
feeling makes it worthy to spend one night there.
03 January : Toudra Gorges - Dades Gorges - Ouarzazate
The Kasbahs, the rose valley, Skoura palm grove and the famous
Kasbah Ait Benhaddou make the greatest mystery of this journey. No
wonder it is referred to as the road of the 1000 Kasbahs. Then you
get to Ouarzazate for a night stay at a hotel.
04 January : End of Circuit
Transfer to the Airport.
